Shipping policy

At Mazhalai, we strive to make every transaction seamless. We adhere to the highest standards of quality when delivering our products. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any of it.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days, although in some regions, it could extend to 7 business days.

Initiating a Return, Refund, or Replacement Request:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you wish to request a return, refund, or replacement for any defective, damaged, or wrong items, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Returns, Refunds, or Replacements on Prepaid Orders:

For prepaid orders, you can cancel and request a refund before the order is dispatched, provided it has not been shipped within 5 working days. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be issued automatically, and it may take 5-7 days for the payment to reflect in your account.

Please note that all exchange and replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

For international orders placed outside India, we do not offer refunds or replacements.

The customer is responsible for any customs duty associated with shipping international orders.

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement, please ensure you retain the original invoice and packaging, with all tags intact.

Please note that we do not accept return or refund requests for items on sale or clearance.

Sizing is important for our products, as they are not one-size-fits-all. We recommend double-checking the sizing by measuring your little one before placing an order.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, we kindly request you to refuse the order during delivery. Once we receive the product at our end, we will process the refund. Please note that any shipping costs incurred in this case are non-refundable.

If you receive your order and find that a product is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with a photo or video. We will replace the item to ensure you receive the correct product, or issue a refund.

If you need a replacement for sizing issues after accepting the delivery, please contact us. We will initiate a replacement order with the size of your choice, arrange for return pick-up on the same day, and shipping for this replacement order will be free of charge.

Express delivery is available for prepaid orders within India at an additional fee.
